From New York News”NEW YORK – Kate Spade was found dead in her Park Avenue apartment in New York City, police said Tuesday. The 55-year-old fashion designer’s housekeeper found her around 10:20 a.m. ET and called police. Spade was discovered hanging, investigators said. A police source said a note was found nearby.
