ANNAPOLIS, MD (ANN) - The Annapolis Police Department announces the indictments of twenty-four Annapolis heroin dealers. The Annapolis Heroin Initiative spanned more than six months and involved Annapolis detectives working undercover to make controlled purchases from drug dealers.
